Hatsune Miku is about to get the biggest update since the year 2020, and fans of the hit Vocaloid couldn't be more excited.
Per SonicWire, Piapro Studio and Crypton Future Media are finally set to unveil Hatsune Miku V6 later this year. Fans can already see the release of a full lyric video demonstrating the new Hatsune Miku update some time in the near future. The song, entitled "Prism (Hatsune MIku V6 Ver.) / Roji," was the winner of 2024's SonicWire music contest. Currently, the Hatsune Miku V6 update is expected to arrive in the first half of 2026. However, an Early Access version is also expected to be made available for active users this December.
